Dear Edgewater neighbors,

About Face Theatre and our partner theatres are collecting donations of food and other supplies to redistribute to other organizations in Chicago directly supporting protestors and in neighborhoods where food supplies are limited. We are responding to requests we have heard from Chicago Freedom School, Brave Space Alliance, and jail support locations throughout Chicago.

When & Where:

Thursday & Fridays
11am – 6pm

What We Are Collecting:

Our partner organizations are currently reporting a high need for the following:

• Cleaning products
• Menstrual products
• Baby supplies
• Food that can go towards a meal (rather than snacks)

Health Safety Supplies

• Hand sanitizer
• Gloves
• Masks
• Paper towels
• Disinfectant Wipes
• Antibacterial soap
• Toiletries, tampons & pads, diapers & formula

Food

• Water, juice, milk
• Pasta & sauce, bread
• Packaged snacks
• Fruit & vegetables
• Sandwich supplies
• Pop tarts
• Granola bars
• Ice
• Pet food

Medical Supplies

• Insert ice packs
• Ibuprofen/Acetaminophen
• Bandages, general First-Aid

Tech

• Portable chargers and cables
