The Green Room Collective is a leadership program focused on individualized skill-building, directly supporting AFT operations, and preparing the next generation of LGBTQ+ leaders for the next chapter in their stories.

We will collaborate with you and your group to identify themes and interactive activities to meet your specific needs. About Face Youth Theatre is an award-winning and nationally-recognized program that centers LGBTQ+ youth as change agents. In collaboration with adult artists and mentors, the queer youth ensemble learns how to use theatre as a tool for social change and creates a culminating project to address issues they select. Over the years, this process has supported hundreds of young people to become powerful agents for change in their schools and communities.
